It is so important to constantly challenge ourselves physically. We are people wanting to influence each other and others we meet along the way.
This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Deck of Cards...

Day after Iron River FB Camp and the kids did a little EMOM work with Snatch...
It was nice!!!

EMOM x 12
1-4 x 1 Pwr Snatch + 1 Snatch Balance + 1 OHS
5-8 x 1 Hang Sqt Snatch + Snatch Balance + 1 OHS
9-12 x 1 Squat Snatch + 1 Snatch Balance + 1 OHS

Drake, Bishop, Glinski, Hartman, Iverson, Wefel, Wendt, Varsho

THEN we did the Deck of Cards with Coach Tonn, Coach Syd & the girls

Deck of Cards
Face Cards = 10 / Ace = 1 / NO JOKERS
Hearts = Pike Sit Ups
Spades = Goblet Squats (55/35)
Diamonds = KB Swings (55/35)
Clubs = Burpees
* Card cannot be turned over till group is finished with the exercise
