I must have taken 60sec sitting on the Rower just catching my breath after each row attempt.
Also, first Sqt Snatch was 5-4-3-2-1, second was 3-3-3-3-3...3's were much better, quicker, even after the 60 cal row... I got on Rower for the 60 cal row @ 10min...
