ALL rounds @ or over 100 (125-105-100)
that first 17 calories almost cost me...should have gone 15, may have been able to hit 25 reps on WB if I did a little less on row...but oh-well...
Consistency on the Box Jump (step-ups) and HARD work on the PP...needed reps there!
Shocked my self on the SDLHP's...just a bit wider grip helped a bunch!
