This was a great day...watching kids get some big weights!!! PLUS...our very own Syd the Kid had a HUGE PR in the Snatch!!! Just that easy build-up and warming up with the workout proved to work for some muscle memory and he really looked strong after 17 minutes of working on form and tech... All while gradually increasing the wt lifted... FANTASTIC WORK!
Oz was also in this AM... He did the Snatch stuff... but I have no idea the wts...
