For the Spartan Total, we need to leave at least 2m for you to finish...so you have 8m to complete!
For FM...think smooth and steady...This is NOT a workout to go for extra reps only to take a 20-30s break... Smooth...5-10s breaks, even if you utilize more of them!!! It can work...
Think 20 Reps per minute and that gets you to 8 minutes!!! if you are on target...
If you can complete your 32's in UNDER 6 min, you are setting yourself up well!!!
