This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Do 3-4 warm-ups sets for each exercise as well...

75' HS Walk (scaled to 60 Wall-Facing Shoulder Touches/Taps)
*Rest as needed b/t, get to full recovery

75 UB / 6+4 / 40+20 = 4:11
