This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Warm-Up ~ Mini Leg Blaster & Mobility

1) 3 RFT ~ 
20 Pistols (35 Air Squats)
5 Muscle Ups (7 Pull Ups & 10 Dips)
10 Hang Power Cleans (135#/95#)

2) EMOM x 6min:
2 Bar Muscle Ups + 2 Squat Snatch (135#/95#)

3) EMOM x 10min:
odd = 3 Squat Cleans (185#/125#)
even = 25' HS Walk (or as far as you can get)

JB ~ 12:13 (10 Pull & 10 Dips) / Done (w/3 C2B)
Witt ~ 14:29 (75# & 10 pull ups) / Done @45# and Pull Ups
tb ~ 11:53 / done / done (HS @ 10'-6'-9'-8'-10'
