This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Heartbreak & Competition!

Today was a great day!!! The competition and motivational push was outstanding!
Everyone finished less than 60 seconds apart!!! Great TEAM effort!!!
Regardless of if you use others to push you or gauge where you are within the workout, today was a great day and fiinish

Oz ran 1 Mile for sure, then I believe I saw some Cleans and Snatches...work or workout was unknown...He is getting back in shape folks and then...lookout!!!

Wt was much higher, and I know we took it from the rack...
So tough to compare... but we still can...
