It is so important to constantly challenge ourselves physically. We are people wanting to influence each other and others we meet along the way.
This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Saturday Saga Continues-

The open may be over, but the weekends are still here to get some work done in the AM!
And to get our top 200 masters division qualifier some much needed prep for his regional WODS.

Saturday on A Running Clock-

0:00 -
Isabell - 30 snatches (135# / 95#)
Val - 5rnds: 5 DL (165#) + 10 Swings (55#)

@10:00-
500m Row

@20:00-
Grace - 30 C&J (135# / 95#)

Val ~ 3:14 / 1:48.9 / 4:11
tb ~ 2:16 / 1:33.5 / 3:41

Grace was horrible.  Absolutely horrible- couldn't breathe, couldn't think, by rep 15 mental fatigue was taking a toll.  tb went before me- at about 22 I was telling him he couldn't get a countdown with every lift, that he needed to do two and then get it... AND then it was my turn and I knew exactly why he needed a countdown... even on the last one, I had to get some air.
Pretty sure there was a bit of nausea with the last work out... it all passed.
Upside- really happy that the janitor had changed the garbage bag the night before as I stood over it for about 10-15min.
Can't wait to see how Biolo does with these upcoming WODS!  Going to be one for the books!

Cash Out for the Wkend- Rake lawn for two hours + carry 6 bags of mulch- two at a time over shoulders!
