This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Unusual

Sunday WOD...WHAT?!?!?!

Yup... Sunday WOD!

This was too good a WOD to pass up...At least that is what it looked like.

After the WOD, I think differently...Just not feeling right!!!
Maybe it was b/c I ate before the workout...Maybe it was the Granny Smith Burger from Portage (the Sticky Burger is better, BTW)...Who knows, but after the WOD, my stomach was awful...

    My forearms were going to blow-up during that second miles from rope climbs!
