This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

We are SORE!

Today is just that day, that if you have done what you are suppose to on Monday and Tuesday, you will be sore today! That's the way this works...BUT, that is also what makes you better!

PLUS...if you have done Extra ~ i.e. Sprints and Ultimate Tennis then you may be more sore than most!

Also...today is Wednesday...Oz and I met at Emmy J's in Stevens Point, had a great talk...great to catch up and continue with our "Wednesday Meetings". Keeps everything in perspective!

For anyone reading and thinking that these Wednesday Meetings are reserved for just Oz and I...nope! Everyone/Anyone is welcome...as long as you have an interest...We will continue this next school year as well...It has been great for two years now...from 3D Coaching to our "Meetings"
