This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Work...

After a great evening of fun and friends with Feidt's (for Chris' 40th Celebration)...
And HEPP turning 41 yesterday (7.9.15)...(not saying anything in wt. room)
And a day of Rest & Recovery...

Today we just had to do work!

There was suppose to be:
Deadlifts, HSPU, then 2 WOD's
