It is so important to constantly challenge ourselves physically. We are people wanting to influence each other and others we meet along the way.
This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

1/2 Murph...sort of

1st Day and we are getting into it with a bit of 1/2 Murph...

MUST follow the routine... But looked like this:

For Time:
800m Run
5 Rnds of:
10 Pull Ups
20 HR Push Ups
30 Air Squats
Finish w/ 800m Run

Oz ~ 20:07
JB ~ 32:35 (did extra rounds)
Val ~ 27:45
Kate ~ 22:10
Feidt ~ 23:50 (w/ a hurt back!)
Wendt ~ 19:27
Syd ~ ??? Came in later but got done!
Daliege ~ ??? Came in later but finished...
tb ~ 20:57 (last 800m was 4:27...shooting for under 4min...not even close)

GREAT DAY for first day back... Now a rest/recovery day (if you choose) and we will be back at it on Thursday AM!!!

Oz and I are meeting at 6:05 AM for anyone interested...GOD WOD!
This will determine our direction for Wednesdays this year at school...
Weekly Scripture Reading...following a book...weekly talks...etc...who knows where this will lead!
But we will be better for it!!! TbtG!
