This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

20-something...

The day before school (officially) starts with kids...

Needed to get a real grinder in!
Well...we found it!

5 RFT ~
20 Pull Ups
200m Run
20 HR Push Ups
200m Run
20 Abmat Sit Ups
200m Run
20 Air Squats
200m Run

That is right... 2.5 Miles worth of running and 100 Reps of the other exercises...
What pains me even more is that JB was correct in estimating this thing could take about an hour... I said about 30 minutes or less... Oops!
