tb ~ 6:33 (275# / 30 - all step-ups) ...  big PR,  Previous best was 8:??
This was much needed as yesterdays performance was VERY disappointing (Beep Test).
ONLY 3 Rnds & my PR was 5 + 18 reps...heck even on a bad day I got 4...
So yesterday = HUGE disappointment...questioning everything
Today = HUGE positive
What a difference a DAY makes!!! Glory be to God!

Well...that is why we track these things... Evaluate & work at them...
