This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

DT Update...

Daliege and Stan shattered their previous bests @ DT
Yesterday we did THIS workout...these guys did it today

Stan had 10:32 on 11.11.13
Daliege did a Team DT on 12.2.14...in 12 minutes and with a partner got his 5 rnds in...

Today Stan used the same weights and killed his old time!
Daliege did the first round at 135# then went back to 115#

Stan (105#) ~ 8:25
Daliege (135# 1st / 115#) ~ 9:25
