I purposely did not look at the clock when I finished my Row of 15 cals...wanted to push myself, but not worry about the time...

  1. 10/19/18 only did 9 min ladder. Finished 15's.
    Then: 21 squats, 42 sit ups, 15 squats, 30 sit ups, 9 squats, 18 sit ups. (Squats 115#) 6:24
