Back went tweaky on the 13th rep of P.Snatch on #1...thought about being done then started the row...back loosened up a bit... But now (afternoon) it is tightening up quite a bit... SOB!

    Scaled Double trouble to:
    Every 7 1/2 min for 15 min. (2 set) 95# ps
    750 meter row (1-2:55 / 2-2:52)
    1st rnd = 7:03 2nd rnd = 6:44
