  1. Had baseball indoor facility duty. Boys and I got a workout in between throwing and hitting.,,,,Started at 20, alternating burpees and straight legged situps, ran 30m to other side of room and did 19, back another 30 and 18 until got down to 0....
    Dad-22 minutes
    Cade-25 minutes
    Austin-27 minutes. This one started out low intensity and ramped up to high as it ended.
