  1. STANS WORKOUT OF THE DAY FOR SUNDAY----
    Headed north with my brother to do some ice fishing. We took my 8ft johnboat with us, loaded it with about 130 lbs of gear and dragged it through 1/2 mile of woods including two decent sized hills.starting on a trail and then straight through thick brush. When we got to the leg after a good arm and leg burn we danced across the ice working on balance and agility, if we were to fall down it would have cracked the ice and we woulda went in. After a 45 minute act of that we took the boat and headed back to the truck. My brother who played D1 was gassed and I was ready for more. Thanks WOD!
