Dirty Snatch

Clean up your Dirty Snatch... Watch some great snatch form on youtube...
Concentrate/Work on form for a while...

Warm Up:
1 min. Double Jumps (2 jumps for every turn of rope...like when you were a kid)
30 sec. Single Jumps
30 sec. Left Foot Jumps
30 sec. Right Foot Jumps
30 sec. Running in Place
25 Air Squat
2 x 5 Burgener Warm-Up (Wt. Bar & 45#)

3 x 3 Front Levers*
3 x 3 Back Levers*
