This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

2 Rounds of:
5 Deadhang Pull Ups
5 Push Ups (hands off @ bottom)
5 Air Squats (GREAT FORM)
Sampson Stretch (Lunge with hands to sky)
10 Pass Thrus
1 Lap (130m) Barefoot Run
Then...
2 Minutes each leg Stretching

TABATA ~ Box Jumps
(record height and total jumps)

25+ Min of YOGA
(sub = 1-2 Mile Run)

Perfect day after Fran WOD...Worked out all of the sore aches and pains...

  2. THANKs B. Wasn't able to go up in height on boxes but picked the tallest one they had and had at'r. Yoga was a great ending!! First training this wkend in Oshkosh. whoop.
