This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

What the...!?

FRAN it is...
This was gut wrenching from the point of deciding we were going to perform this WOD today.
JAX was late to post so we had to go with an alternative...Went with HQ!!!

Warm-Up: 5 Deadhang Pull Ups, 1 Lap (130m Run), 7 Push Ups (hands off), 1 Lap, 12 K2E, 1 Lap, 15 Air Squats, 1 Lap...
Then:
20 Sit Ups to Pike*
20 Sit Ups to Pancake*
10 Bridge Ups*
* GymnasticsWOD

FRAN
21-15-9
Thrusters (95#)
Pull Ups

scale as needed...it has been said that if you cannot perform a thruster with 185#, then you should NOT attpempt Fran @ 95#...Just a thought...You want this to be a quick burn!

    SuperSAD to say I have shoulder issues right now- so leg work and running is pretty much it~ I really want to do FRAN but just not going to happen~I LOVE thrusters! the gymnastWODs are interesting- situp to pancake split?!
