This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

New Weak...

We have been following CFJAX for some time now...We will continue to do so...Their programing is the best!  All I really add is a warm-up...

Hope we can use this blog for more than WOD's... I am just not much of a day-to-day typer/thinker in the blogger sort of way... IF you are and want to be an administrator, let me know and I will get you on...
