This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

  1. SO... if Katie and I come up with our own WODs during AM gardening.. would it be annoying to post?!
    for example:
    Tornado Tuesday

    4 hours of rototilling (val)
    4 hours of planting (kate)
    20 minutes watering can running from garden to hose/ farmer walk from hose to garden
    10 minutes controlling a mantis rototiller (OMG)

    I am thinking I will add into the gardening lunges and push ups... 10each every 5 minutes!!
    What do you think.. any suggestions?
