This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

A Mash-up of WOD's today...thus the 3 for 1...3 workouts for 1 goal, by 5 guys...

ONE...
E-Britt & Feidt were up early this AM and performed the following

Syd was strength oriented with his goals today...

Quite a day!
Hepp is off to Vegas with the family...We will post so he can wake up 2 hours later and catch up to us...

Tri is coming up on Saturday... We (Syd & Biolo) vow not to swim or bike this week within the workouts...
Meaning the first swim & bike for the 2011 season will be Saturday @ the TRI!!!
