Snatch Clinic for 5-7 Minutes (Warm Up / Technique)
SNATCH Ladder (choose a weight that will challenge you)
1 Rep on first min...2 Reps on second min....3 reps on third min...etc
continue until you fail to complete the reps w/in the minute, then start over.
* from min 18-19 take a Rest...
Then from 19-20 Perform Max Snatches w/in the Minute!

Great day for some strength-type work. Was not the best for pure form or pure strength type day. It was geared for a semi-recovery-type day... I think it will work...
