100 Pull Ups
w/ 100m Run (across gym & back)
200 Push Ups
w/ 200m Run (1.5 Laps)
300 Sit Ups
w/ 300m Run (2 Laps)
Anytime you drop off bar (pull ups), need rest in push ups or sit ups you run the prescribed distance...
EVERYTIME ~ So...if you do 5 pull ups and drop, go run, 5 more, go run etc...
The idea is to get you to try to get a few more so you do not have to run...
Spot on Statement ~ Those push ups are going to be killer!

Simon ~ 61:51 Completed the entire thing... 300 Sit ups in a Row!
STAN ~ 62:38 Completed
tb ~ 50:00 (120 Sit Ups)
The WOD numbers are going up fast here folks...
