This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

100 D/U (300 singles)
80 Swings (55#/35#)
100 Air Squats
60 Push Ups (chest to floor)
100 D/U (300 singles)
40 Abmat Sit Ups
100 Lunge Steps
20 Burpees
