It is so important to constantly challenge ourselves physically. We are people wanting to influence each other and others we meet along the way.
This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

AMRAP in 15 Min:

10 Hand Release Push Ups
15 Split Lunge Jumps (total ...NOT each leg)

Des ~ 9 rnds + 7 Push Ups (135#)

We have a lot of similarities.  That is why we do the things we do.  We challenge ourselves, work as a team, push each other, and constantly want us to be better.
The best thing about this quote.
We don't agree on everything all the time.  For the people we are and the people we push ourselves to be.. it makes a difference every time we question each other, ask opinions, vent, play devils advocate, struggle.  It all matters.
We make the difference.  We better our situations and our quality of life by challenging those that surround us to step up, ask, challenge, question, educating ourselves and each other.  We don't just want to find the challenge in the AM, we want to challenge ourselves with what we do every day.
