Glutes Again?!?!?...Day #3

This week we have seemed to focus on the Gluteus Maximus:
Lunge Jumps, Thrusters, Box Jumps & Pistols...NOW Step-Ups!
Not to mention last friday's WOD of Running on Empty (200 Thrusters(
 & still feeling that when we started on Monday.
