  1. 19:18.... competing with myself and he clock and the times from that AM. Had my mental game with thrusters in the 3rd round... all 30!
    don't feel peevish. I was in your shoes once for a year- anytime fitness sucked just as much as the Y. no worries OZ... you are doing way more than the guy with the styrofoam cup!
