This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

1st Day back from Spring Break...

Warm Up ~ A little bit...

100 Pull Ups
200 Push Ups
300 Air Squats
1 Mile Run
(20# vest optional)

* You choose what to do!
1/2 Murph (800m-50-100-150-800m)
Get as far as you can... Etc.

This day is a "TEST" day to be ready in about a month for our Memorial Day Murph.
