Witt ~ 45:28 (100 Singles)
Feidt ~ 26:56 (3 Rnds)
Malo ~ 33:00 (3 Rnds + 3 PC added each rnd)
Oz ~ 3 Rnds (I think) Time unknown...
tb ~ 39:19 (6:11-7:49-8:06-9:01-8:12)
Believe it or not...SQUATS were not the worst thing in this WOD... It was still the Push Ups!!!
Warm-Up for the next couple of weeks is going to be:
30 Pull Ups (5 C2B Strict+5 C2B Kipping+5 Strict Chins+5 Kip Chins+10 varied)
Push Up Primer (15 Rev. Grip + 15 HR + 10 Lft + 10 Rt)
Leg Blaster (20 A.S. + 20 Lunges + 20 Jump Lunges + 10 Jumping A.S.)
QUADS still feeling it?!?!?
5 Minutes EACH LEG!!!
