This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Terrible 25

Rather than the Filthy 50...

JB & Oz began with Running 4 x 400m E3MO3M...

Fantastic by them...JB recalled
1st was about 1:30
2nd & 3rd were 1:19 or so
4th was 1:20 ish...
~ OUTSTANDING WORK by these two!!!

Witter and I had a "50's" workout planned with some Burpees, D/U, Lungewalks, more Burpees and LOTS of Sit Ups in between...So when these other two decided to HALF the Filthy Fifty, it seemed fitting to join in!!!

Ah yes...once again... All for ONE and ONE for ALL!!!
