This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

5 x 400m Run w/ 10 HR Push Ups after each run (E4Mo4M)

Hamstring feels like a banjo string today...Need some massage/therapy/roll on the thing!

OZ was playin' with OH work...Squat Snatch (and some Box Jumps)
Close to EMOM (I think)
