This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Double Duty...

Thursdays are El Tigré 's Day off!!! We are left with no enterainment or anyone to push us to get going! Oz HAS to get going as he has to be at school a bit earlier now! So he was off & running (not really running cause that IS always an option) by the time Britt and I got in...

Oz even wrote down his workout and time! That is fantastic! Now he can check back and look at his improvement a year from now!

Two different WOD's ... SAME GREAT EFFORT BY BOTH!!!

OZmosis 15 Min AMRAP:
10 TTB
15 Burpees
40 D/U

Oz ~ 4 Rnds + 36 D/U (finished the 5 rnds in 15:04)
It is never easy performing by yourself...Oz is a tough guy and did a great job!!!

BWT BEAST WOD
Warm-Up:
50 Lungewalk Steps
3-4 x 20sec Handstand Hamstring Stretch

ROW & BURPS
3 Rnds (For individual Time):
500m Row
20 Burpees
1:1 REST (meaning REST Time = Work Time)

Britt ~ 3:10 / 3:08 / 3:06
Dalaige ~ Went after Britt...missed some times but was about 3min for each rnd
tb ~ 3:01 / 2:51 / 2:58 (rnd #2 & 3 were both 20 Burpees in a row...no walk downs)
