Quad-tastic

Today was about the Quads...
Holy Cow...were they burning!

Warm-Up:
Lots of variety was going on... Row, run, lift, or just get ready

*135#/95# is Rx wts...Using one bar the entire time!
This is designed to do the same wt. across, so if you scale this baby...keep the wts the same.
