This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Team-ish WOD

Today was a two-man tag-team style WOD...

We switched it to an "all-go" and all rest together, to get a good push going!

Power Team Drill
5 Rnds for Each Person
5 HSPU
10 Power Cleans (135#/95#)
15 Burpees
20 KB Swings (55#/35#)
25 Wall Ball (20#/14#)

If you are going alone, Rest should equal the work!
If you have a partner, then IGYG format per round...complete 10 Rnds TOTAL (5 each)
