This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

E was flyin'... 20 Reps ahead each round!!! By the last round he was 60+ reps ahead of me... I believe I was just finishing 3rd Rnd of thrusters when he FINISHED his WOD!
Outstanding...Looks like it's time for him to ENTER the OPEN!!!
