It is so important to constantly challenge ourselves physically. We are people wanting to influence each other and others we meet along the way.
This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Saturday Work...

Getting into the New Year has given us some rare Saturday time to continue to work to get better!
Witter had texted last night about working out in the AM... 8 or 9 ... depends when I wake up...
But this is how the Saturday's should be... No rush...No hurry...If you have time and feel like it...DO IT!

So many of our days are so busy...just relax...not necessarily in the relax on the couch thought, but RELAX as having no set timing...do what feels right... Wake up, enjoy the day, feel like working out, text a couple of people and go at it... If you feel like downhill skiing...do that! Whatever...just relax...

Sooo...after a few texts, Witt was coming in to do yesterdays WOD and Ethan was coming in!

Wit got warmed up and did yesterdays WOD:
3 Rnds of

15 DB Push Press

EMOM x 10:
odd = 10 Front Squats (55#)
even = 100 Single Jump Ropes

Witt ~ 5:21 (105# DL/15#DB's) / 100-100-50-50-50

Ehtan and I warmed up a bit then did this for a "working warm-up".
We did this with Witt on the EMOM
