It is so important to constantly challenge ourselves physically. We are people wanting to influence each other and others we meet along the way.
This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Saturday Musings

Break is done... back to the grind.  I don't know about the others, but definitely feeling rejuvenated.  It was an excellent break- lots of organizing, good conversation, reading, laughing, cooking, cleaning... a bit of dreaming up life's next adventures in 2015.
Get ready friends: If I have anything to do with it, some of you are going to do something you have never done before!

A bit of work on muscle up finishing/grip work on rings.
And then we got the bands out and worked on bar muscle ups.
My favorite phrase to the 15 year old: It only took 43 years for me to be able to do a muscle-up, and Tonn over there is looking at 30 years (wishful thinking).... you are way ahead of the game!
