It is so important to constantly challenge ourselves physically. We are people wanting to influence each other and others we meet along the way.
This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

REST Day

Rest Day (For some of us!)
JB was in the POOL (not tb & Oz, as was rumored)
Val was somewhere (assume in the wt room) doing a WOD?!?!

We know this b/c she showed the girls where tb & Oz were...

Wednesday is the Faith WOD!
This is just some reflection time on the bigger picture of life and the relationship that matters most.
It has been great...

As for RESTING...

Today was Workout Wednesday @ LHS...Kids did this:

Worm Burner
AMRAP in 20 Min:
1 Lap
10 T-Bar Push Ups (Yoga Push Ups)
Lungewalk across Basketball Court (10-16 steps)
Inchworm back across the court (3-6)

Great effort all day...
