It is so important to constantly challenge ourselves physically. We are people wanting to influence each other and others we meet along the way.
This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Rest Day...

Which means a bit of a workout with the classes for Workout Wednesday!

Death by Burpees 
was the alternative WOD today for classes...
I had a few kids each hour take on the challenge
A few made it to 15's (that is 120 total Burpees)

Last week Moon got to 12's in the wt room...this AM, he was my only "taker" 1st hour...
We made it to 15!!!

tb ~ 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 6th Hours = 1-15 each hour
then I knew I would have a running total of 480 burpees for the day... So...
20 Burpees during I/E period to make it a cool 500 Burpees for the day!!!
Nice REST day!!!

Which means we just helped each other out on Faith issues and how things relate to what we are doing in school/sport/life...
