This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Oz ~ Did Snatches...well!!! / (5rnds ~ 115#/205#) ~ 21:29 (16:30 or so for 4 Rnds)
Feidt ~ Did Snatches / Only 3 rnds...said ankle was hurting (Oz said...but who knows...he did 5 Rnds as well...so he can't count...lack of blood to brain during WOD)
Val ~ Brief Warm-Up getting bars set... / (75#/135# - 2bars) 15:01 (FLYIN'!!! She just keeps moving fast thru the work...machine!)
