I was going to do Comptrain Strength stuff
Snatch, Clean and some auxiliary stuff...
BUT... WOW! Legs are feeling it... After the 2nd Squat Snatch, I decided to ease up a bit...
2 Rnds :
800m Run + 50 Burpees
Much better choice... loosened me up a bit and feeling better already!
