This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

You are either getting better or getting worse ~ There is NO staying the same!
Reflect on this...it applies to ALL facets of life, not just fitness/health...

5 Kip Swings + 10 Push Ups + 15

5 TTB + 10 Push Ups + 15 KB Swings

3 DB Hang Clean & Jerk (50-70%)

Work up to DB C&J Wt and try a few combinations...
