5 Kip Swings + 10 Push Ups + 15

5 TTB + 10 Push Ups + 15 KB Swings

3 DB Hang Clean & Jerk (50-70%)
6 Cal Row
Work up to DB C&J Wt and try a few combinations...
REST 3-5 min & Begin:
