I could REALLY feel it today... Really the first time in a while where I felt it.

That 165 was heavier than anticipated, and my legs were jello from Monday & Bike!!!

    BCC felt smoother the heavier I got.
    I believe that's because I become more focused the heavier things become. Shoes where good. Little over a week now and its TEAM WR ATO time. Feels and sounds like we both need to start backing off just a little bit.
