3 Rnds Cindy ~ (5 Pull Ups, 10 Push Ups, 15 Squats)
20 Burpees Max or as many in a row as possible, no breaks...looking for consecutive burpees

5 Rounds of:

Thrusters (65# / 45#)
Jumping Pull Ups

In the end this WOD could be called 21's Every 3 Minutes w/ 1 Min Rest...
This WOD may have to be revisited...To really do well in CF Open, we should be able to perform a round of this in under 3 Minutes.  Thrusters need to be smooth, it is an air squat, which we need to be able to just "rep-out".  Fast is smooth and smooth is fast...Breath...Breath...Breath...

Two Weeks...Look for this again!!! Someone Remind Me!!!
