3 Snatches + 3 OHS + 3 Snatch Balance + 6 Push Ups

12 C2B Pull Ups

30 DL (185#/135#)
10 Front Squats (185#/135#) must be taken from ground, NO RACK!
* Front Squats are the limiting factor...do not to one wt. for DL & another for F.S.
